A：Shipment for less than 300 pairs, special packing fee is      USD $0.3 / pair

B：Shipment for 300 to 1000 pairs, special packing fee is        USD $0.2 / pair

C：Shipment for 1000 pairs and above, special packing fee is USD$0.15 / pair
